Dear Commack Road Elementary School Families, 

Welcome to Commack Road Elementary School!

Whether you are a returning family or are joining our school community for the first time, I am so glad you're here. 

My name is Mrs. Jackie Beckmann, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Commack Road Elementary. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a caring and supportive school community, and I look forward to partnering with you throughout the coming school year. 

As you enjoy the summer months, I hope your days are filled with fun, laughter, and time together as a family. I also encourage you to set aside a little time each day to read. Whether it's a favorite picture book, a chapter book, or even a recipe, every page helps children build confidence and a lifelong love of learning. 

Incoming second graders, and students new to CRES, keep an eye out for an invitation to our New Student Open House, tentatively scheduled for 8/20/26 at 4:00pm.   

While you're making summer memories, our staff will be busy preparing for another wonderful year at CRES. Before we know it, our classrooms and hallways will once again be filled with smiling faces, eager learners, and the excitement of a new school year.
